Does anyone still produce PSS jet fighter kits that are easy to build? i.e. all foam or GRP/Foam.
I am not a great builder but would love to own a PSS jet fighter.
Can you convert a ducted fan kit to PSS or are the dimentions all wrong?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Rocket, Yeah there are many EDF ARTF kits that will make good conversion, members have already converted kits successfully from the Lander range (Hunter, F-16) GWS Hawk or Goshawk etc. Basically if its designed ARTF for EDF chances are it will be very lightly built, if you whip out the EDF guts and allow the air to channel through the fus it will go great as a PSS glider so long as the model has reasonable wing area, so put some thought into which model to convert and you wont go far wrong. Lander F9 Panther for example would be a great choice, good wing area, unswept. Bigger models have been tried and proven too, for example the F-18 Hornet from Haoye.

Rocket, I've done a few foam EDF conversions with success, others have covered many more. They look good but don't stay looking as good for long unless you cover them with glass cloth. There are many simple wood ones to go for (I like wood ;D) Where in the country are you?
