Hi Guys. I'm very new to this game, well this time round at least. Back in the 60s Dad and I built radio gear and planes but with not too much success other than with KeilKraft rubber planes. For four years I've been back flying mouldies but now it is time to build a proper plane again rather than just glue servos into an airframe. I'm going with the Andy Conway Hawk plans and have a few ideas on a colour scheme etc. What I need is advice on where to source model pilots for it and also if there is anywhere I can get custom transfers/lettering done. Any advice much appreciated.

Hi John, Ive always sourced my little jet NATO pilots from Vortex Vacforms, Steve will help you out with a pair of 1/12th scale jet jockies vac formed and ready to paint. www.vortex-vacforms.co.uk As for decals, Ive been using Pyramid models for a while - if he doesnt have what you want on the shelf he can make to order in self adhesive vinyl - good service too. Speak to Lee. homepage.ntlworld.com/y.j/shop/index.htm Ill email you with some more details... regards Phil Cooke
